SELLER NOT RESPONDING

IM NOT out to BLAST A PERSON but i bought an item in the description said it would fit , well the items didnt fir no big deal i let them know, they send a return shipping label, tape go to post office and they said that the box is to heavy for the label they sent, for first class iv sent a sec. message also informed ebay sent a 3 message to seller, ebay but apparently nobody getting the message correct i even chatted with some one dude says they are working on the label, ask is it a new one he says, no direspect ther working on it, well its the same label same tracking number. stuff has to be back by certain date. NOW WHAT??? is ther not a phone number wer i can talk to some one

the problem would appear to be the clerks at the post office

they ned to be informed that the label is good for 70 pounds

you need to take it back and explain to them thet they are wrong and the pitney bowes label is the real deal.

ebay has an arrangement with USPS for return labels

Pay the extra or lose and keep the stuff.

Not much choice in this mess unless you can get it in writting from the shipper its wrong..
