Hi all,
I brought 2 turntable a few weeks ago. I previously had audio problems with them. Tried to get a refund and return via messaging seller who refused, so I opened IND request.
Seller then contacted eBay, but before the case ended I decided to close because I felt bad for the seller and thought maybe I could live with the fault (stupidly).
Anyway now they have problem with electronics and there is a very bad burning smell and hot to touch / melted plastic.
Anyway my question is how do I get a refund now? Will eBay still look at this if I contact them? I closed the return myself.
How on earth do I get my money back here? Seller described the items as “work perfectly” but I’ve had nothing but problems.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry since you closed the case, there's nothing else you can do through Ebay.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them, but you'll have to pay return shipping.

On ebay?
You don't.
The matter is closed here.

PayPal may refuse to open a dispute because you closed the Ebay case.
Best bet is a dispute with your credit card company. If you did not use a credit card, this is another action like the other mistakes you identified.
