I might’ve just put myself in a bad position, so i bought an item on ebay and received the wrong item on delivery i went and contacted the seller and opened a case of wrong item received we agreed on that i receive the correct item and then i send back the wrong one and we did i got my item and they got theirs however, returns fees was agreed on the they will pay it and even the listing had that listed on it but since it was an international purchase the seller said they did not know how to issue a return label so i went a issued one and sent them the receipt.
they stopped communicating after receiving their item and i tried disputing the case but ebay shut it down because i didnt provide a tracking number and that is where i wronged myself and i didnt know i was supposed to.
Please help i need my money back what do i do now?
