Since you don't take returns @elegant_stylez if it's a buyer's remorse return request, you cannot issue or upload a return label, as the buyer is responsible for return shipping if you accept rather than use the option you have to decline the return. But you can send a return label as an image via eBay messages instead.
But if it's a not as described return request and you don't see an option to accept the return, eBay has already issued a return label to your buyer.
