Return request from buyer

A buyer paid an item by mistake and sent me a return request. I want to know if I accept a full refund for him does eBay will credit me Ad fee standard?

I'm confused or misunderstanding.

Did you ship the item or did the buyer make an incorrect request? It sounds like he should have requested cancellation since it doesn't appear that you shipped the item. How can he return an item that wasn't shipped?
