I have never done a return. I can't find how I do a return label.

Hi @19371931gary . Are you the seller or the buyer? Assuming you are the seller:

1. Did the buyer open a return request?

2. Was the return request automatically approved?

3. What do you see on the return request screen - does it show it's waiting action on your part or the buyer's?
