When the buyer decides to initiate a return, is there a way for the seller to also see return label to verify if the item is indeed being returned? Or to see tracking numbers?
Thanks

Ebay normally sends messages updating the seller as things proceed...like when the buyer ships item. Return details page also shows the progress and tracking number of the return.

Ok thank you. So the buyer claims to have printed a return label, but I've received no notifications. So, am i correct to assume that
A: buyer has not yet printed such form...
B: buyer is lying...
or C: e-bay has failed to inform me of return information? It's been two weeks now.

Find the 'return' case and open it; what does it show? If it shows it's been shipped, you can see the tracking number. If it shows 'still waiting for buyer to ship' then you do nothing. Buyer has about 3 weeks to 'ship' the item back; if not, a week or 2 later, it will become a 'case' and then 'close' in a matter of minutes apart.

After viewing your other thread which indicates that you deviated from the normal return process by refunding before receiving the return...I don't know how to answer other than: Checking the return details page and all ebay messages regarding the return is always a good place to look for info.
