Good morning!
I purchased two items from Spigen on Ebay. They were an iPhone 14 Pro Case and 14 Pro screen Protector. I decided after purchase to go with the 14 Pro Max and initiated a return for my order so I could simply rebuy the items in the Pro Max size as I love their cases and such. It gave me two tracking numbers(one for each item even though they were both in the same order).
I placed both of these unopened items inside the same package with the slips i printed out, followed with the original packing slip I got. I used ONE of the two tracking numbers and this is where my problem began. I got reimbursed for the case, but not the screen protectors. Both items arrived last week back to Spigen.
I reached out on Ebay twice to the seller, and even filed a ticket on their official website and I am not hearing a word from them. Is there anything I can do? I can't open a dispute i feel as i placed both my items in the same package and they scanned the tracking which was for the case, and not the screen protectors.

If you don't have tracking you don't have anything.

so I'm just supposed to swallow $15 and some change when I returned the original order together as i purchased it verses shipping it in two separate packages?

Of course not, @omfgtehmiz. Make an alias tracking number by combining 420, plus your 5-digit zip code, plus the delivered tracking number. The reason is, you cannot use the same tracking number for 2 returns. As you noticed, each return has its own case ID number.
For example, if the tracking number back to Spigork was 1234567 and your zip code is 98765, then the alias tracking number is 420 98765 1234567 with no spaces. Check it at the USPS.com website to be sure that it works.
Then leave a private message here for eBay on Facebook, or open a Facebook account for the sole purpose to contact eBay, and tell eBay that tracking number for the second return. Don't mention the first return, as that would be confusing, and it's already refunded.

Yes.
Next time follow the procedure laid out for you.
You will probably get a courtesy refund if you complain but I wouldn't waste it on $15.
