If you are 100% certain that the information in the original listing is incorrect you can claim INAD with eBay's MBG making sure you follow the directions given

Item not fitting your card does not necessarily mean it was described wrong.
In my experience seller has nothing to gain by intentionally describing the item wrong and I accept that errors do occur and any reasonable person or business will accept this if evidence is provided instead of well it does not fit.
Please visit the listing and then contact seller with clear and precise details of what in his listing does not match the item you received and if you do not get a satisfactory answer/ resolution (Listing may be no returns accepted ) then you can open a return case or you can also consider selling the item on eBay making sure that all details are accurate and item is described fully.

Have you contacted ebay support?

First go to purchases, then return this item. Choose not as described. The sellers funds will be on hold. You may be required to return the light. If so make sure you pack it very well as you are responsible for the return shipping. Once the item is returned, the buyer has a couple days to refund your money, if he does not ebay will step in and do it for him.
Hope this helps.

Why would you tell the buyer to contact customer service? The eBay MBG is on every listing page.
