I am trying to return an item I purchased on e-bay.
I purchased the item on around May 22, 2023. I have read the articles on how to return an item. And they don't help. The seller offers a money back guarantee and a 60 day return period. The seller is not honoring either.
How do I get to speak to a live person at e-bay who can help me.

I see 30 day returns on some listings, and 60 on others. You might check exactly what your item says.

You can't find the item in your Purchase History and see the blue 'Return this item' button beside it?

Not helpful mtgraves7984. When I start the return process E-Bay wants me to register so I can't get past that.

I have being working on my return request for two weeks.
I can't start a return on E-Bay as E-Bay can't find my order.
The seller states that their is a e-bay money back guarantee.

Contact Ebay at facebook.com/eBayForBusiness and give them your order number.
Just note eBay money back guarantee is 30 days from delivery.
Sellers return policy can be 60 days but eBay can't step in and help after 30 day mark.
You might have to contact CC or PayPal whoever you used and let them know false advertisement of 60 days which is a INAD chargeback

Thank you.

You needed to use the Item ID #: 234905488610 rather than the order #.
And the clock on that 30 day return period starts running on the day of delivery, not the date of the order; however, in either case, you are probably close to the deadline. Be aware that Paypal, if that's how you paid, gives you 180 days to open a case. Most cards give you an extended period of time to do a chargeback.

That's because you need to log out of the @nic_ludlo account first.
Then after that, follow the instructions on this page to start your return request.
