Return Request after 30 days

I have a buyer claiming something I sold to him brand new is faulty.

Can I refuse to accept the return based on the fact that it has been over 30 days

If they've had it longer then 30 days, yes, you can deny the return.

But, remember they can file a claim through Pay Pal or their credit card.

If they go to their credit card, you'll lose the item and you'll have to refund.

Have A Great Day.
