I bought golf grips from a person and they aren't the right ones. The buyer said he would take them back but I cannot get the computer to change the address for the return. If I don't go through Ebay I'm afraid I won't get my refund. Is there a phone number I can call to get help!!!

Did you file a return case? That is the first step. If not, click return this item.

"If I don't go through Ebay I'm afraid I won't get my refund."
So go through eBay to get your refund.
Go to your "Purchase History" screen, and scroll down to the item in question.
On the right side of the screen is a column of blue ovals. Click on "More actions," then click on "Return this item."
That will take you to the "Return item" screen, where you should click on "Received wrong item".
Follow the instructions, and you should be receiving a return label within a few days.

Here’s what I suggest:
Update the Return Address: If you’re having trouble changing the return address, I recommend checking eBay’s return request page. Sometimes it helps to try a different browser or device. If the issue persists, you may need to contact eBay support directly to assist with updating the address.
Contact eBay Customer Support: Unfortunately, eBay doesn’t offer a direct phone line, but you can reach them through their help center for assistance. You can visit their customer service page and request a call back or chat with an agent. Here’s how:
Alternative Option: If eBay’s automated system isn’t allowing the return, you can ask the seller to generate a return label for you. This way, the return can still be tracked through eBay, ensuring your refund is processed correctly.
