Retracting Positive Feedback

Ebay sent me an email requesting I provide feedback on a particular item. However, when it directed me to the website for my phone it directed me to a different item.  Therefore, I mistakenly left positive feedback that I did not mean to. The seller agreed to a refund weeks ago but has not provided an address to send the item in questions. Does anyone know how to retract positive feedback? I would definitely not recommend this seller. It is the only person I've had a bad experience in in 25 years using ebay. Let me know. Thank you for your help.

The only way to change feedback is for the seller to send the buyer a "feedback revision request"

AND … negative or neutral feedback are the only ones that can be revised.

Positive feedback cannot be revised under any circumstances.

What do you mean the seller agreed to a refund? Did you open a return request or was this agreement through messages? If it was through messages that is not how you do returns.

Wowzer. And your positive brought that seller only to 91.7%. If it's too late for the MBG, file a claim with your payment source.

Everyone. I appreciate all the feedback. Figured I was SOL. I guess the positive is a learned several lessons from my mistake haha. Have a great holiday!

Hi @sfcboy02

I forgot to mention earlier that you are able to leave a Follow up to the feedback you left ... which would reduce the positive's impact somewhat.  There is no time limit for leaving Replies or Follow ups to feedback ... so you have a lot of time to think about what you might want to say.  Happy Holidays!
