I send to the seller ,they do not reply back to me , thats why I;m do this ,to get my refund ,they got it back on June 13 th ,I hope eBay can help me !

When you refuse a delivery @barrbaudr0 you are no longer smothered in the money-back guarantee 

and you won't get a refund.

Besides, it's been well over 30 days now. eBay considers Refused the same as Delivered, and you can only start a case within 30 days from June 10 when it was refused, and deemed delivered.
