Refund not recieved

Purchased a water pump kit. Received it 5 days late then it was a bunch of mismatched parts. Contacted seller and ebay. Ebay authorized return, was sent back within 2 days. Seller received it. No refund. I have tried to contact seller twice with no respond.  I can not see how to let ebay know I have not gotten the refund. It has been 20 days.  Can anyone help?

and tell eBay you don't have a refund yet.

I am assuming that when you say that the seller received the item back, it's because you used tracking.

The only thing I can think of is this;

"It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider."

In the link, there is also a "button" to Check your return status although I don't know if that would help clarify your situation.
