I bought an item. It didn't fit. Policy said I could return. Messaged seller who didn't send the return info saying I had to contact eBay. I obtained his seller address, sent tracked by Hermes in 14th Oct. Shows delivered 18th Oct. On ebay still shows I sent tracking not showing deluvered? Received email to say MY order had been delivered, showing MY address, not the sellers. I can't contact ebay whatsoever. If they put tracking number in Hermes website they will see it was delivered back to the seller. How do I get my money back? There's nowhere to prove this. No contact info. Can anyone advise please?
