Anybody else been scammed on a refund before? I don't like the fact we dont have the option to cancel a refund. It should be allowed. We should also be allowed to leave negative feedback for a buyer, it doesn't let you.

You think only of yourself and not how your actions might be perceived by others.

If you had you would not be complaining about the issues that you raise in the first place.

 

The only one who's going to be banned is you.

According to the feedbacks, only the ring buyer returned anything.  The Ninja buyer was missing pieces which you said you were to replace one and refund for the other; it didn't sound like she returned anything.  It sounds like the hobnail buyer received a damaged piece or there was a delivery issue with USPS; again, it doesn't sound like anything returned.

 

I am also curious how you "made cases of all 3 and won all 3".  Can you explain how you were able to do that?  You also said in a feedback that you got a buyer banned from eBay.  I would like to know how you did that, too.   You inferred that you have been selling on eBay for a long time and it seems like you have some knowledge of how to handle things that a lot of us sellers don't know about.

eBay removed sellers’ ability to leave negative (or neutral) feedback for buyers in 2008.  

They also forbid sellers from leaving buyers negative comments within positive feedback at that time.  FOUR of the feedbacks you left buyers violate this eBay policy … and eBay would remove the comments (AND sanction you) if notified.

 

If you continue doing what you’re doing …and keep flouting the rules … you can expect to receive a vacation from selling on eBay.  It could be a PERMANENT suspension if you maintain your cocky attitude towards following rules.


I’m truly sorry if you were taken advantage of by a buyer … but eBay won’t let you use that as an excuse for YOU violating their rules.

 

Ignore this information at your own peril.

Most of my returns are scams.

 

Feedback needed to be scrapped about 15 years ago.

 

Yes it is ridiculous that buyers cannot get negatives but that is how ebay wants it.
