OK, need a tad more info.
Did you file a return case with eBay?
If so, What was the exact reason you picked as the return reason?
Does the seller accept returns in the Listing?
Does the listing state that the seller pays return shipping or buyer pays return shipping ?
What was the date the item was delivered?

This is NOT eBay you are speaking with. We are buyers and sellers, not eBay employees.
I take it that there is not a prepaid shipping label available for you to print out from the return case?
One of my other questions you did not answer was:
Does the listing state that the seller pays return shipping or buyer pays return shipping ?
If the listing states that "buyer pays for return shipping" then you may have to buy a label from a shipper, like USPS or UPS and ship the item back. Don't forget to add the trackingnumber to the return case.
You stated:
The reason I am returning the item due to "DO NOT LIKE IT / QUALITY ISSUE."
There is not a return reason that states exactly that. I was trying to figure out if you picked a "buyer's remorse reason" for the return. If the seller accepts returns and the listing states buyer pays return shipping and you picked a buyer's remorse reason for the return, you have to pay the return shipping.

Are you actually located in the US?

This is very , very simple. Open an ITEM NOT DESCRIBED CASE. Go to MY Purchases in MY EBAY. Once you open the claim, the seller has 3 days to respond and send you a shipping label. After the 3rd day, no label, escalate your claim and ebay will step in and provide you a refund. Nice and simple.

I'm having that problem too, I received an item that mentions "could cause cancer" in small print - but this was not mentioned in the seller's ad for the item and therefore, I requested a "return" - but I have to print the label and not the seller?? When I was a seller I was expected to provide a return label - no printer - had to ask eBay to send one, that seemed to work. I do not understand why as a "buyer" I still have to print out a shipping label - I have no printer to do this, suppose to have someone else print a return label using QR - why? If I had to provide a return label as a seller - shouldn't the seller that I bought an item from that I want to return - have to provide the return label and not me ?

If you don't print a label how else are you going to return it? The seller has paid for the label and sent it to you to print , thus providing you a shipping label. No Printer? You can go to the PO with the QR code for the label.

"do not like" isn't the same as not as described, he said "don't not like/quality issue" so if if it's just not up to his standards but was properly described that's a remorse return

It's not that "I" did not like the item exactly, it 's the fact that the "seller" was not completely honest in the description of the item - leaving out a piece of info - product could cause cancer. - this should have been mentioned in the ad - but was not.

I don't understand what is going on here with these "return labels" - but when I was "selling" on eBay and someone filed a return request - "I" was the one that had to supply the "buyer" with the shipping label. The only way I could do that, was to have eBay send one. Now, i keep have the very same problem as a "buyer" - something's not right somewhere - I should not have to pay a shipping label - just buying something and then returning it. - especially, since this is due to info the "seller" neglected to mention in the ad for the item. Since I had also been charged for a "return" label when I was "selling" on eBay and someone filed a 'return" !

Sellers have to provide a return label if they advertise free returns or if the buyer opens a return because the item was damaged, not as described etc. If the reason the buyer specifies for the return is considered a buyer's remorse reason, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All this seller will do is he has already sent a QR code for me to take to the post office (I found out last week that they can print one) - but somehow, I did not seem to me that the "seller" would be charged for that. When I was selling on eBay - that's how it worked. So I do not understand why I have to supply the shipping label by "printing" it out - when I could not email the Return label when I was selling and someone filed for a return. In other words - no matter wether or not I was the seller or buyer I have been stuck the problem about printing a shipping label and that just does not seem fair to me.

How is this an INAD? OP said he didn't like it (because of) quality.
OP never said the description was wrong.

If you're having an issue with a return, may I suggest you start your own post? I haven't been on these boards much, but I have learned the best help comes from making your own post that shows your own experience. Tacking your problem onto someone else's usually won't help you.
Also, I'm not sure when you sold on ebay, but they change things a LOT.
