Problem with form to return an item.

Began a return request. Form opened up and I filled out the info and posted a picture. There was no Send button but a Confirm Request button. It did not highlight or respond to my clicking on it! I started the process over again and the same thing! What am I doing wrong or not seeing? I am stuck!!!

You're filling out a RETURN REQUEST so naturally you would need to confirm the return so you need to Click CONFIRM REQUEST.

Thank you for your reply. As I stated, the 'confirm request' button was not highlighted nor did clicking it send my request. The button was not working. I was not able to get off the page. So I call customer service and they helped me with the request. Thanks
