Non returnable item

I bought an item that seller noted not returnable.

I did not see it. the  picture of the item  was questionable.

There was 1 number different.

I ask for info from seller got no response

There is no such thing as "not returnable" on eBay.  Please read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

No problem.  Where you leave feedback there is a choice return this item. Click that ans say it's not as described.  You WILL get a full refund.

Go to that item in your purchase history and open a return request by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to that transaction.  Make sure that the reason for the return is that you did not receive the item as it was described in the listing...assuming that is what happened.  The seller will be required to either refund you or provide a return label and refund you once they receive it back.
