I have contacted the seller and was told to contact ebay. I began a return but without the item being on my account I just get into a loop. When I contact the seller we are using ebay not a private email. What I purchase was an apple watch with State Farm insurance and I don't know how to get a refund for either of these items.

Items purchased on eBay have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. eBay is out of the picture if past 30 days from the delivery date.
Have you tried changing the "date range" on your eBay purchase history to find the item or the insurance you purchased?
What exactly is the problem with the item you purchased?

This was purchased 11/29/23. The problem is the sale doesn't show up on my account. When I go to the email the seller sent to acknowledge my purchase and press order details it goes to an ebay screen with no order history on it. When I go to ebay to start a return the robot will only process a sale and according to ebay records there has been no sale. I have pay pal records saying I paid for it and I have the visa statement stating I was charged by paypal.
The purchase was an apple watch 3. There is someone elses information on it as it wasn't cleaned out and I decided the technology is too old I would rather have a new one. In addition I purchased state farm technology insurance that I'm unable to be reimbursed for. Do you know of a way that I can contact a human at ebay?
