My question is: when it's time to issue each refund in this multi-item order, will Ebay separate out the price of the individual item or make me refund all items in the order?
Buyer purchased multiple listings in one order. I comped shipping. Package was delivered 3/28/25. On 4/28/25, which is 32 calendar days, buyer requested an INAD return on one item. Hours later, buyer requested an INAD on a second item. I will accept the returns despite several reasons not to. (On this selling account I do not accept returns and that has served me well since 1999.) I seem to remember years ago another seller with a similar situation who was given no choice but to refund the buyer for all the items even though only 1 was returned.

If it's past 30 days you don't have to accept.

If each item was sold separately, each return is separate.
Doesn't matter if you combined shipping or not.

Hi @linksstyle
If the buyer purchased a number of different items … with separate Item Numbers … then you only refund the purchase price of the individual items being returned.
You would add a proportional amount of the shipping cost to the refund. [eBay will supply the proportional amount of the tax.]
