Hello,

I purchased a JW Pet Insight Sand Perch Bird Accessory Regular that came damaged and defective. So much of the sand was rubbed off that my bird could not use it, it is plastic and not sturdy without sand. so I sent it back. Expecting a full refund. I was told by the seller's little.family.members that nothing was wrong with it, I could not believe it. they are going to sell it again and charge me a restocking fee. I am so upset and so very disappointed with that. I am not sure what happened to customer service.😞

They can't charge you a restocking fee. If your Return was for a Not as Described reason, you'll be made whole.

Did you file a return request?

Once the item was received the seller has 3 days to refund OR you ask eBay to step in.

eBay doesn’t allow restocking fees….

I had returned my item.  my return tracking number 9302 0205 8550 0066 4623 68

which the seller  gave me a return shipping label, but I couldn't track it,  but if ebay would have looked at the messages that the seller sent they would have known that it was returned.  So I don't have the item and they took my money what a SCAM!!!  I learned a hard lesson. Don't buy from Ebay sellers that you don't know because they have SCAMS.  I will buy from Amazon they don't have SCAMMERS!!! that you have to worry about.

It sounds like eBay just needs to look, to see that it was returned.

To do that @angelikai48 leave a private message for eBay on Facebook here (or open one-time Facebook account) with your name and so on, give eBay that tracking number (again) and ask eBay to step in, to get your refund (ignore and don't respond to the seller).
