I bought a figure back in feb. and now july is almost over and it hasn't updated past the initial tracking number i got a few days later that doesn't work. Am I just out of luck because the return windows are up?

Hi @vermil_83
If you are more than 30 days past the Estimated Delivery Date you were given ... then you will need to contact either PayPal or your credit card company about a refund. PP gives buyers 180 days to file an 'Item not received' claim. CC companies vary as to how long a user has to request a chargeback. Good luck!

What was the delivery estimate? Most timing is based upon that.

The only thing there was is bought on the 11 of feb, tracking number provided the 19 of feb and a return window close on march 28 2024. There is no estemated delivery date.

All items have an estimated delivery date

When dares no estimated delivery date @vermil_83 it is either 7 days or 30 days, like this:
Use that when you file your ITEM NOT RECEIVED dispute here -- you have 180 days which is less than a week left to file a dispute at PayPal, if that's how you payed -- then wait for your refund. If the figure contacts you now, just ignore, don't reply, and wait for your refund.

Hi @vermil_83
You may still be able to be refunded through PayPal or your credit card company if you hurry.
I’m sure you must have passed the deadline with eBay. Good luck!

I went by the bank today, but it's a 90 day limit.
