Isurance not needed as item has not been delivered

On 22 April I ordered and insurance plan from you for a Freeze Pro trike.  That trike was never delivered: therefore, I do not need your insurance plan and request a refund.

If the item wasn't delivered, did you open an item not received case with eBay?

Don't know much about insurance plans; however, this isn't the place to be refunded for the insurance cost.

These Boards are not staffed by eBay employees, but are covered by eBay buyers and sellers who volunteer our time to help others when we can.  

My suggestion would be that you probably need to contact eBay.

You have to contact the company you purchased the insurance from.  Check their web site.  eBay does not sell insurance.

Refund for insurance...I am not sure anyone does that if not used.

And...it's seems you did make a purchase on insurance of something 'past 6 months ago'.
