I sent wrong item

I sent wrong item to a buyer , the money are pending about 200 ,  he open a case item not describing, i accept and i i see ebay said : we try recuperate the item but maybe cant be recuperate! What mean ? The buyer received the money and also my item ??? 
Someone knows  ?? Thanks

We need a little more information.

How long ago did you ship the item? Was the item sent to a domestic location or a foreign one?  If you did send it out of the country, did you use the Global Shipping Program?

That message makes me think that you won't have to refund until you receive the item back... which would make the dispute process complete. (If the buyer doesn't send it back... no refund.)

With that being said, I've never seen verbiage "If possible..." in a Return. So I may be dead wrong. 😐

You need to read the terms of ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) for sellers.

Since the buyer opened a return request, from it you will be an option to send them a return shipping label.  They will have 5 days to ship it back, and get a refund once tracking shows you received it back.

If the buyer returns it you will get it back. I don't expect they will.  Got to take great care not to mix up items.

Sorry @babboconiglio you won't get your wrong item back.

This is a chargeback outside of eBay

-- not a return request inside of eBay.

You provided your return address, but unless you send cash to the buyer, which they can pocket or buy a return label, or send a prepaid return label to the buyer, you won't get your wrong item back.

Accepting returns is different than accepting refunds.

Accept returns for cases.

Do not choose to refund before an item is returned unless you do not want your item returned.  If you refund before return of item - the buyer is under no obligation to return your item.  The buyer can keep your item AND the refund.

I think is wrong keep the item , credit or no credit you should return the item so you get a refund , 

you guys are right  .. i will never receive my item back and he keep it all , jacket and money , 

hope he had a good use for it because it was for a funeral i just switch the label ,
