I do not have a way to take a picture and sent of the returning a product- the package not the same

The product received is not the same as in the picture when purchased. I am unable to transmit the picture of content I am 75 years old. Wish to send the product after authorization. Can I still get authorization to send the different products not meeting my specification? Thanks.

If your claim is that the item isn't as described or pictured and if the return request requires a picture of why it's NAD, you must attach a picture to the claim. 

If you don't have a phone with a camera, I assume you're posting on your computer and every computer has a camera. Take a picture and upload it to the return request.
