Hello, I am trying to return an item that is the incorrect size. It was sold by seller in China, and I'm not getting a response. Can you advise on how I should proceed?

More details would help, as well as possibly the item #. How about reading eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers? After that, if you have further questions on how to proceed, feel free to return here and ask us.

Left off a few things in my reply:
1. There's almost no need to contact a "live agent". The Money Back Guarantee protects you. Have you read it?
2. When you say it was the "wrong size", do you mean, for example, that you ordered a 12 and received a 10?
Or did you order a 12 and receive a 12, but realized it won't fit?
Those are two different situations and they need to be handled differently.

Just return it, you don't need to talk to anyone for that.

Return it for a refund. You have a 30 day money back guarantee. In the future try not to purchase stuff from China. What you have described in regards to size and lack of communication is a common problem.

Are you saying they can "just return it" without actually opening a case?

Sure didn't say that.
I do sometimes forget that this is ebay and an ebay forum and standard operating procedures that are clearly laid out for all to read are like some mysterious magic spells written in Old Enochian in a 50lb book
...for noobs
...that conveniently forget about google existing.

Hi @jfra_5489
I don’t recommend returning an item to China UNLESS the seller is responsible for providing a prepaid shipping label … where there’s a 1% chance they’ll do.
The cost of shipping to China is higher than the cost of most items … and packages sent to China rarely make it back to the seller. Don’t waste your money!!!

Sorry. You said "Just return it". The OP is a new eBayer. My concern was that he might take that advice literally, just stick it in a box and return it without opening any kind of case.
