Hello, I need help. I had bought an item, and then cancelled it before it was sent. The seller issued a refund, and I was told to wait 3-5 business days. That was on February 17th, and today is March 1st, and I still have not received my money back. The app says “we issued you a refund. You should receive it in 3-5 business days” and nothing more. I contacted the seller and they say that there were no issues on their end, so I am not sure what else to do.

Your refund will be sent to the form of payment you used to make the purchase. Credit card, debit card? Contact your financial institution to find out how they process refunds to your account.
