When you get a refund on your gift card and to check gift card balance, sign in, clk. on 'Help and Contact', that will take you to Customer Service, clk. on Gift Card Balance icon to find balance (if it doesn't appear, enter 'gift card balance'.) I found it's a good idea to keep track of your balance, to know that you received the refund.
