Getting my fee back

If something arrived broken and I rufunded the buyer, how do I get my funds back from the postal service?

you will need to file with the PO.

The PO will require proof and 95% of the time they ask that the item and package be taken to the PO.

You will need your buyer to do this once the PO says that they want to see it.

The PO, IF they do refund, will only refund for the item. They do not refund shipping fees.
