Good morning. This is my first time asking a question, and would appreciate any advice. I've been trying to research it on my own and am very confused.
Sold a pair of shoes through GSP. Customer said they didn't fit and started a return. My only option in the return window was to click "send the buyer your return address". She sent the shoes back. The refund screen only allowed me to refund the total amount she paid, and there was no option to add any amount for her return shipping cost and in fact I have no idea what she paid.
I offer free returns. Am I correct that I am obligated to reimburse for the return shipping? I want to make sure before I message the buyer and open a can of worms that should remain unopened.
I appreciate any help. The only answers I can find on this are for damaged or not as described items.

If they didnt fit, that is a remorse return, and you are not responsible for her return shipping.

Your listings only show free returns for domestic buyers so as the other poster mentioned, you don't need to pay for return shipping.

I think if you accept free returns that you have to accept returns from all buyers, doesn't matter how it was shipped.

I'm pretty sure when you offer Free Returns means that they can return it for any reason and you'll pay for the return cost.

There are two Return boxes to check: Free domestic returns and Free international returns.
I looked at OP's listings with my Canadian and US addresses: Free Returns with my US one, No returns with my Canadian one.
