Fake return address.

The return address is fake and the  only help from eBay has been to tell me I am responsible for the return and I need to do so by May 22.  When I try to report the seller I'm told I can't until I "take action" by returning the item.

What do you mean by fake?

How do you know?

If it is indeed a fake address you need to get eyes on the case, not just a bot.

You will need to use the chat feature and/or request a call back and have an eBay rep look at it.

Are you trying to return a item to a seller or are you the seller having a buyer return a item to you?

If you are trying to return to seller, did the seller issue you a prepaid Return Label thru eBay?
