You don't need to contact ebay.
Go to your purchase and choose to "return this item." Choose the appropriate reason and submit. (In some cases, you'll be required to attach a picture.)
The seller will either have to refund (without requiring a return) or will send a prepaid shipping label for you to return it for a refund.
Do NOT close case if the seller tells you to do so in order to send a refund!
