I listed no returns as it was a pottery item. Everything was packaged really well and wrapped many times with bubble wrap but it still arrived damaged. Customer is asking for full refund, but item looks like it could be glued back. What would be the right step?

If you sell the $1500 Alice In Wonderland statue, have it professionally packed at a UPS or FedEx store (whichever carrier you may use), so they are 100% responsible if it is damaged in shipping. It will cost you, but the insurance it provides is well worth it (and the amount of bubble wrap/boxes/shipping materials required to pack it securely would still cost you a bundle if you did it yourself.) I wouldn't take a chance with such a valuable item.
