EBay has lost a long-time customer, over their non-existent "customer service" Got stuck with a product shipped from China, that is no good. Can't get my money back, can't get customer service, so I guess the customer does NOT count for anything on EBay. We are out of here. Don't need EBay and their lousy service that is NO service.

eBay does have a Money Back Guarantee if you meet the guidelines.
Within 30 days of receiving the product you can file a return request using the return that the item isn't as described/doesn't work etc. The seller is responsible for the coat of return shipping. Since they are in China they won't e able to send you a label but they can send you the money so that you can buy a label.

You file to return the item. This opens a case.
The seller is responsible for return shipping.
If they don't provide a shipping label or shipping money by 3 days, go back to the case and ask for help. Let eBay know they didn't provide a shipping label or send you money to return it, and they won't refund. eBay will step in and refund and let the seller worry about how they're going to get their item back.

So you opened an item not as described case within 30 days of receiving the item?
And returned to that case after 96 hours and asked eBay to step in?
Then what happened?
