Case pending

Hey everyone,

I had bought a gtx 1660ti and got scammed and got sent fabric or wool i dont really know the name and i opened a return then the seller opened a case and they said to wait till 27 december and its today and case says still pending and im very worried i wont get my money back i have provided proof to ebay
