1st return need help

I was trying to call for help locating a Return Authorization Number. Since then, the buyer wants to keep my tablet and have me refund the $8.00 so he can buy another one? I'm so confused. I thought return meant I give you your money back and you send my merchandise back to me.

If an ebay case was filed, you have to issue a paid return label. You then refund after you receive the item back.  Why does the buyer want to return it?  Was an eBay case filed ?  What is the item number ?  That info will help an getting an answer to you.

Never refund anything  without getting the item back first. The customer must open a return request for you to approve which will generate a label for them.
