Hi sellers,
We wanted to let you know that we're making a couple of updates to the way we communicate site changes and topics with our sellers. We've decided to retire the monthly chat’s current format. Instead, we will schedule our chats with eBay staff around timely updates and recent changes. Moving forward, we will host the chats in the Buying & Selling boards depending on the appropriate topic, and you will have a week to submit your questions.
As always, our Community team will be focusing on keeping you updated and addressing any questions or concerns you may have in the meantime.
We know staying up to date is important, so we recommend attending our quarterly eBay Seller Check-In. Register for Spring Seller Check-In here. This way, you'll be able to hear from eBay executives and staff and ask any questions you may have in real time. Don't worry, we'll still be providing educational content and useful tips through our Announcements and What's New posts.

How will I know when eBay is hosting a chat? As a 'Buyer' I have a very specific topic I am looking to be addressed with eBay staff having bought seeds in the past by the time we see they haven't produced anything, eg sweetcorn, it is too late to provide feedback or get a resolution as the feedback and contact seller are no longer available after 60-days.

Information about the profit boosting chat is very hard to find and not helpful. Two links are provided. The one to eBay community just takes you to Selling and ALL the discussions there. I cannot find the discussion there on profit boosting. The link to Instagram @eBaySellers took me to the official eBay sellers page. When I click on the topic "Tips to boost your profits" I am unable to scroll so cannot see the messages.
1. Can anyone tell me how to view the profit boosting discussion?
2. Can anyone tell me how to be informed when a new discussion is announced?

Did someone ask you to post this reply here, and tell you that you would be employed by eBay and eBay would pay you to post replies on this community? Have you also been asked to post product reviews? This is a scam, and they are setting you up to cheat you and steal from you. Very soon, you are going to be asked to pay the scammers, in order to be able to withdraw your "pay".
This is called a task-scam or an order-grabbing scam. Sometimes the fake company is "eBay Mall" sometimes it's something else. Either way, it's fake.
eBay doesn't pay people to make forum posts or product reviews, or "grab orders". Nor do any other companies. No legitimate company pays for fake product reviews, and they don't need (or pay) middlemen to do anything with their customer's orders.
If the scammers ask you to sign up for a cryptocurrency account, DON'T DO IT. Don't give them any (more) money. You won't get anything back. More info:

These 2 questions were not answered so I was never able to see the "Tips to boost your profits" chat.
Now the eBay Ads chat is locked. Last question posted was on 7/18/2024. As far as I can tell no questions about eBay Ads were answered. Can someone provide additional information on when we can expect answers and where these answers can be viewed?

There is a glitch in the USPS/Ebay system. I have orders as a seller that still show they are in transit but the honest buyers have already received the items. The dishonest ones probably received them but due to the issue showing 'Still in Transit" or "Case Closed" (After I file for request with USPS). I paid the buyer to take my goods. Most are within the Miami main shipping Port. One was to California and that package still shows it's in transit but it was delivered, this is from a couple of months ago. Another was just outside of Atlanta, I filed for a missing item case with USPS, they stated it was lost, I refunded the buyer and the very next day it arrived but it still shows it's in transit on my ebay page. This is a very big issue on my end and it should be looked into. Not sure if other sellers are experiencing the same but I am very detailed and pay attention to all things relative to my sells and deliveries.

Appreciate the update! While it’s great that chats will be more topic-focused, I hope this doesn’t limit real-time interaction for sellers needing quick answers. Looking forward to the Spring Seller Check-In
