I'm getting the same error message as well. From what I've found doing a cursory Google search is that it's a server issue on eBay's end and not us as the users. Something about too many requests hitting the server and overloading it, if I'm understanding it correctly.

its happening to me, and earlier today i got 3 phone calls from shanghai china the voicemail said "from ebay" but i dont know what its about, felt it was a scam
