uploading photos

For the first time I an having problems uploading photos from the Gallery on my laptop.  I hvae adjsuted security levels and a few other things I saw as suggestions but it just spins and spins and finally messages out that it could not upload,  HELP!!  Thank you

I had this issue last Sat (10/21) then it just cleared up all by itself???? They must have been working on something
