unable to add to notes

When I try to add to my note on a sold auction, I type something and click save and it doesn't do anything.   I can delete or cancel.  If I cancel it doesn't add what I typed.  If I delete, it deleted what I had in there but now I can't add it back.  I'm using google Chrome.  I've also tried through the AOL desktop browser and Microsoft edge.  Nothing works.

Unable to add notes from my iPhone.
When eBay does system updates it DOES NOT UPDATE MOBILE IOS APPLE IPHONES ! Seems  eBay updates 4 ANDROID MOBILES! Frustrating that we are unable to call eBay! 
If you use a laptop the ADD NOTES, via the classic sites, works! 
My comment does not resolved the ADD NOTES issue for mobile iOS iPhones! 

eBay should get their act together and resolve! Reason I don’t buy too much from eBay!
