I had asked about this issue a few days ago. My account was hacked and I am having trouble setting up two factor authentication. I was advised to try a different browser or use the eBay app. I used different browsers and still get the message that something went wrong and to try again later. Can not use the app so I am not able to set up two factor authentication. This does not make me feel that my account is safe to use. Any other suggestions and/or does eBay have contact information for their security support?
