Other users seem to be having problems with messages; it may be a temporary site issue.

Try another browser to rule out a problem with your particular browser or setup.

Try a different link to send a message. Try going to the user's feedback or profile page, and use the "contact" link there.

Try contacting the user using the eBay app. Or on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.

If nothing works, wait a bit and try again.
