technical issue with return label

Cant open my return label email beacuse every time I do there is technical issue

Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original purchase. If you are signed in to a different account, you will get that error message.

If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest order.
