this some sort of new policy you havent explained?

According to eBay Marketplace Research (formerly Terapeak), the oldest negative being included in your feedback calculations was for a transaction on Jul 21, 2023.
IIRC, that will not be included in your feedback percentage after July 21, 2024 (a couple more weeks) but it will still show up in your 12-months-received table until one year after the feedback was left, which would be a while longer.
However, I don't know why it is showing that you have received 3 negative feedbacks in the last 6 months, but there are only 2 of them showing up in the list. Did you have a feedback revision from negative to positive in that time frame, maybe?

no all that info is wrong the 4th one fell off (12 month cycle) almost a month ago. all 3 of those remaining are within 6 months where they got that date for the socks is beyond me. something is wrong with their stats if you got that off of terapeak, didnt think to look there. they probably screwed something up when they switched everything over.
thanx for the reply glad its not just me seeing it

I'm sorry, but I think you are mistaken about the timing for the socks sale. According to Watchcount.com, the socks listing was sold on July 21, 2023. There was only one available, so that was the only sale. 354.9 days ago, so about a year less 10 days. The feedback would have been left after it was shipped and received by the buyer, so definitely left within the past year, but more than 6 months ago.
There is no sign of any negative feedback you have received, which has aged out of the calculations within the last month. They are not removed after a year, they just aren't included in the calculations any more.
That negative feedback is on page 5 of your feedback (in most-recent order, with 200 per page). There are no other negatives showing on page 5, and the oldest feedback on that page was for a transaction dated May 27, 2023. There's one that shows up on page 6, for a flag, but it isn't included because it is from "More than a year ago". Your most recent sale on that item was Apr 22, 2023.
