I recently filed an inquiry into the fact that my "Saved Searches" emails are continually being sent later and later each day. I have had no response, except that my emails are now arriving even later! I have missed out on numerous "Buy-It-Now" and "Make Offer" items due to this tardiness. The items arrive in my email with "Listing Ended" notifiction. Again, I consider this to be dicrimination, as Ebay apparently favors a certain group of members over others by sending some members emails at earlier times of the day.

Saved Sellers and Saved Searches are both a buggy mess that should not be relied on. The discussion boards are full of complaints about users not receiving Saved Search emails, or else receiving emails from zombie searches that cannot be found or deleted. Likewise, users complain of being unable to add or delete Saved Sellers, despite being well under the limit of one hundred.
Your best bet may be to find another way to keep track of searches and sellers that you have more direct control over such as third party automated search tools. Google "automated searches ebay" for some possible suggestions.
I have used automatedsearches.com -- not extensively, but I have set up a few targeted searches and received emails when items were listed that qualified. With a free account you get a certain number of automated searches per day (500?) that you can divide in various ways -- 500 different searches each run once per day, or five different searches each run a hundred times per day, or twenty searches each run once per hour, etc. If you want more or faster searches, you will likely have to pay.
Other automated search tools have similar deals, I believe.

My Saved Searches emails stopped four days ago. Refreshing them/putting new ones in their place did not help. I will try the suggestion from the reply.
