return item form is non-functional

I have to return a defective item to a seller. Going to the "new" return page, once selecting a reason the NEXT button stays gray and doesn't function, leaving me unable to use the form. I can't start the process or get a return label.

There are a lot of things going wrong today. Selling pages not loading this morning and I just read several reports about pictures not loading, shipping label issues ...

Is your deadline to start the return today? If not wait and try again tomorrow.

Same issue for me on June 8th. Fortunately I was able to initiate the return on my phone, so can't even test it again. What gives?
