"Switch user " issues ??

I Ebay having a SWITCH USER issues? I can't log in switching into my other user name. It automatically jumps to last logged in account and IT'S NOT MY COMPUTER... does the same thing from home and work. Is anyone else having this?

Yes...  I had the same problem yesterday.  So frustrating!  However... I successfully resolved it.

I use Chrome and the system was saving my various ID's... and my passwords separately.  The flaw... is that even though I would choose the ID I wanted to use... the next screen had a hidden password that had to be manually adjusted to choose the correct password for the correct User ID.  It doesn't say anything about that... but click on the password they automatically insert  (ie... coded with ********) and it'll provide a drop-down series of options that you must ALSO choose with the correct password for that ID.  

Again, so counter-intuitive... and a pain in the rear to keep managing changes for something that wasn't broken in the first place.

Even so... now that I know the "trick"... I haven't had a problem since then.

Now this is happening on Chrome AND Edge.  Also, deleting cookies and history does not work now even when completely closing the browser out.  Are they aware of this?

OK, So whats happening is this... Say you have 3 accounts

tanzaniteoutlet3

You are logged in as tanzaniteoutlet1 and you want to switch to tanzaniteoutlet2 or tanzaniteoutlet3. So you log out first, you put is tanzaniteoutlet2 in the square and put in tanzaniteoutlet2 password and when you hit enter it opens up tanzaniteoutlet1 (the previous logged in account) . You are not able to log in as tanzaniteoutlet2 or tanzaniteoutlet3. It's kind of "stuck" on tanzaniteoutlet1 and unable to log into the other accounts.

Hi all,

I just wanted to share an update that our tech team has identified a login issue and is working on a fix. I don't have a specific day that this will be implemented quite yet, but this is a top priority for us. I will touch base with everyone if I get more information before a fix is put into place.

I have been having this problem for the past 2 days. I cannot switch between my accounts. I keep getting the message"we looked everywhere and this page does not exist" So fed up. I also have problems with my templates page I am unable to delete as it greys out and the page freezes.
