Just started to get the following message within the last 30 mins. All I'd done was buy something. Anyone know how to bypass it?
Pardon our interruption...
As you were browsing eBay, something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen:
You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed.
You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser.
A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript, is preventing JavaScript from running.
I'm running Win 11 and have tried all the following and none of these worked:
1. Clearing cache on my browser (chrome)
2. Private browsing session on chrome
3. Different browser (Edge and Firefox)
4. Rebooting my router to force an IP address change
5. Using a different machine on my home network (Antix Linux running Firefox)
6. Trying my Android phone on wifi
Does it as soon as I hit the sign-in link. Obviously, I can log on to the community forum without any problem.
The only way I have got in is switching my Android phone to mobile data - and that works.

It obviously has a very weird definition of super human speed.
Try shutting down your browser and re-opening it.

Tried closing browser, rebooting machine etc. etc. Didn't expect any of these to work anyway as it affects the two other devices on my home network.

Same thing, their bot detection is **bleep**ed. Restarting your router probably have not changed your IP. Or they even block range of IPs addresses ..
Anyway I have same problem and no solution beside using mobile data..

Now I'm getting that message when I go to log out and it won't let me.
Super human speed? I'm sitting there doing NOTHING.

Which ISP is everyone with? Wondering if ebay has blocked a whole range of addresses.
I'm with PlusNet (part of BT Consumer) and my mobile (which works on mobile data) is with O2.

Same happening here.

Obviously, I can log on to the community forum without any problem.
If you can reach the community, try clicking one the blue gem icon in the upper right and see if you can follow the link to your My eBay page.
Earlier I was having problems with ebay.com.au -- I was signed in to the AU site, but I could not sign in to the Australian community pages. I could reach the community pages, but I could not sign in or post. Yesterday I had the same problem with UK and CA community pages as well, but now all three are working for me.

devon@ebay Devon - do you know if ebay have an incident open for this? Obviously a fair few reports coming through now with the same issue.

Thanks, you might well be right but I'd looked at those threads before raising mine and they seemed to be different issues.
elizabeth@ebay What is your view? I notice you were issuing comms on the other threads.
